At Callesta, we prioritize hygiene and product integrity — therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered. Skincare products are sensitive and cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons.
However, we do offer replacements alone in the following exceptional cases:
- You receive a damaged or leaked product.
- You receive a wrong product.
- You receive a used or tampered product.
- You receive an expired product.
Return Timeline:
To qualify for a replacement, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer care team with clear images and order details for return.
If a complaint is not raised within this 24-hour window, we will be unable to process any replacement.
Please note:
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Replacement requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion based on the evidence provided.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining product safety and hygiene standards.
Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement Timeline:
- Once we received your return item and if any replacement is approved, the new item will be delivered to you.
- The new replacement item will get delivered within 3 to 5 working days post approval.
Refund
No refund is allowed under any circumstances.
